System Administrator

With an IT career spanning almost 30 years, Kevin brings a broad and varied knowledge set to the Application Support team. In recent years, as a systems administrator with AOL running an Avaya based IVR system, he designed and installed a custom single IDS system across a platform running Linux, Solaris, and Windows servers as well as acting as the team lead for a year long PCI audit. As a senior consultant with Morgan Stanley/Keane, he helped administer a server farm consisting of over 6700+ Windows Servers 2003 & 2008 hosts as well as 1400+ virtual hosts in a demanding financial environment. Currently as a systems administrator with the NewPace Application Support team, his focus is in day to day operations of multiple Instant Messaging Service Center environments. Kevin has experience in administering custom applications across Linux, Solaris, OS/2 and Windows platforms.
