Josh Branch-Warren

Josh holds Bachelors of Science and Computer Science degrees from Dalhousie University. He began working with AOL Halifax in 2005 as a Linux System Administrator supporting the Network Operations Centre. In 2008 he became the Associate Technical Manager for the NOC team, overseeing the monitoring and first-response troubleshooting of all AOL Voice systems and applications. He is currently leading an Application Support team tasked with managing worldwide production deployments of mobile messaging solutions.
